Several thousand people attended a further demonstration convened in Yerevan on 27 April by the Artarutiun opposition bloc to demand the resignation of President Robert Kocharian, RFE/RL\'s Armenian Service reported. The organizers postponed their planned march on the presidential palace from 27 April to 4 May, saying they will give the authorities a final chance to stage a nationwide referendum of confidence in Kocharian.
