Daghestan\'s minister for nationality policy, information and external ties, Zagir Arukhov, was killed on the evening of 20 May when a bomb exploded at the entrance to an apartment building in Makhachkala. Arukhov\'s bodyguard died later of his injuries; four children were also hospitalized.
