RUSSIA COULD SEND 50 MILLION TONS OF OIL TO U.S. IN 2003

Speaking to journalists in Washington on 19 October, former Prime Minister and head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yevgenii Primakov said Russia is ready to supply 50 million tons (300 million barrels) of oil to the United States in 2003.
