The draft statement on Russian military bases in Georgia that parliament will issue was not radically amended during debates on Wednesday, said one of the draft\'s authors, Legal Committee deputy chief Giga Bokeria. \"The statement says that if no agreement with Russia on deadlines for withdrawing the bases is reached by May 15, they will be outlawed,\" Bokeria said.
