The governments of Russia and Georgia have signed an agreement on restructuring Georgian debts to Russia, the Russian Finance Ministry press service informed Interfax on Monday. The deal covers overdue debts and payments not settled in the framework of the Paris Club as well as payments due between June 1, 2004 and December 31, 2006.
