Bermet Akaeva, the daughter of President Askar Akaev, has submitted all necessary documents to run in 27 February parliamentary elections in Bishkek\'s University District. Roza Otunbaeva, co-chairperson of the Ata-Jurt opposition movement, was recently barred from running in the same electoral district.
