Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Giorgi Khaindrava stated in on 4 October that Bagapsh has won the Abkhaz presidential election with 60 percent of the vote. But Khaindrava noted that Abkhaz authorities have already begun to falsify the election results in order to ensure the victory of their candidate, Prime Minister Khadjimba.
