Iran\'s President Mohammad Khatami has arrived in Azerbaijan\'s capital, Baku, for a two-day visit. He is meeting his Azerbaijani counterpart, Ilham Aliyev, and signing a raft of bilateral agreements bolstering economic, educational and cultural co-operation between the two states.
