50-year-old Nurdi Elmurzayev, administration head of the city of Alkhan-Kaly in Chechnya, was kidnapped by unknown people, The republic\'s Interior Ministry reported on Wednesday. \"The kidnapping took place on Tuesday at the Grozny-Alkhan-Kaly highway when Elmurzayev was driving his car without bodyguards, the Interior Ministry said.
