Speaking at a press conference in Baku on 27 August, Vilayat Guliev accused Armenia of violating the cease-fire along the Line of Contact separating Armenian and Azerbaijani forces \"many times\" over the past two months, and predicted that such incidents will continue. Guliev said instability in Azerbaijan \"is in Armenia\'s interests,\" but expressed confidence that the Azerbaijani armed forces are capable of responding to Armenian \"provocations.\" (Turan).Visit also
