AZERBAIJAN JOINS CASPIAN SEA CONVENTION

A framework convention on the protection of the Caspian Sea came into force in Azerbaijan on Tuesday, the country\'s presidential press service told Interfax. The Convention was ratified by the Azerbaijani Parliament and signed by President Ilkham Aliyev on April 4, 2006. The Convention was signed in Teheran on November 4, 2003.Visit also
