The Kyrgyz Prosecutor-General\'s Office announced on 19 August that it has charged Adil Toigonboev, the son-in-law of former Kyrgyz President Askar Akaev, with fraud, embezzlement, and tax evasion, RFE/RL\'s Kyrgyz Service reported. An arrest warrant has been issued and Toigonboev is currently being sought in connection with the charges.
