Kyrgyzstan\'s acting Justice Minister Erkin Mamyrov said his ministry has not received an official warrant from the Prosecutor General\'s Office to extradite 12 Uzbek citizens being held in Osh to Uzbekistan. \"I officially declare that no warrant of this kind has been received and no motor vehicles with Uzbek number plates, intended to transport the prisoners, have entered the territory of the Osh detention facility,\" Mamyrov told Interfax.
