Moscow\'s Meshchanskii Raion Court charged Vladimir Vlasov and Mikhail Klevachev, allegedly members of the banned extremist Russian National Unity (RNE) party, in connection with an explosion on the Grozny-to-Moscow train on 12 June. Vlasov and Klevachev were arrested by the FSB and charged with terrorism and attempted murder.
