Russian and Kazakh presidents Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev are expected to sign a package of energy agreements Wednesday, which they think will promote trade between the two countries and draw their economic interests closer. \"We will sign major energy agreements which will increase trade and help draw Russia and Kazakhstan\'s economic interests closer together,\" Nazarbayev told Putin in Astana on Tuesday. Putin said in turn that the agreements are the outcome of joint work and would mark a major step forward.
