The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO: Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan) does not intend to deploy a military base in southern Kyrgyzstan, CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha said on Monday. \"This is not necessary,\" Bordyuzha told journalists after the talks with acting Kyrgyz Defense Minister Ismail Isakov.
