TROUBLE IN AZERBAIJAN AHEAD OF OPPOSITION LEADER\'S RETURN

The anticipated return to Azerbaijan of an opposition leader has sparked troubled in the capital Baku. Dozens of Rasul Guliyev\'s supporters were arrested after police prevented them from getting to the airport. Kazakhstan’s Central Electoral Commission has registered the leader of the opposition block For Fair Kazakhstan, Zhamarkhan Tuyakbai as a presidential candidate. Tuyakbai is a second formally registered candidate for the head of state.
