PUTIN WANTS TO EXPAND KYRGYZSTAN BASE

President Putin said in Moscow on April 24 in conjunction with the visit of Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiev that Russia intends to improve the air base at Kant in the Central Asian republic.
