They are buried in unmarked graves,\" Shepel said. Maskhadov was charged with terrorism as part of the investigation into the school siege in the North Ossetian town of Beslan, the deputy prosecutor general said. \"A court confirmed the charges brought against Maskhadov and issued a warrant for his arrest,\" he said.
