GEORGIA MAY BECOME NATO CANDIDATE IN 2006 – MINISTER

Georgian Interior Minister Irakly Okruashvili has said that as soon as he is appointed defense minister, he will carry out all the necessary reforms to help his country become a candidate for NATO membership in 2006. \"Integration with NATO is one of Georgia\'s top priorities,\" Okruashvili said in an interview with Georgia\'s Rustavi 2 television late on Tuesday.
