The presence of Russian military bases in Georgia does not facilitate the improvement of relations between Moscow and Tbilisi, Georgian parliamentary speaker Nino Burjanadze said at a press conference in Moscow on Tuesday. \"Russia and Georgia have very good prospects for cooperation without the military bases,\" the speaker said.
