Russia wants Chechen terrorists to be included in the U.N. Security Council black list of individuals and organizations involved in terrorism. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Yury Fedotov told Interfax on Wednesday that Russia has suggested expanding the Security Council list by adding terrorist groups and individuals whose links with Al Qaeda \"may have not been formally established.\" \"Chechen terrorists should certainly be added to the list,\" he said.
