KULOV APPOINTED ACTING KYRGYZ PM

Felix Kulov has been appointed acting prime minister of Kyrgyzstan, the presidential press service told Interfax on Monday. \"On August 15 President Kurmanbek Bakiyev entrusted Felix Kulov with the duties of prime minister. This decree came into force with immediate effect,\" the press service said.
