Moscow\'s Meshchanskii Raion Court charged Vladimir Vlasov and Mikhail Klevachev, allegedly members of the banned extremist Russian National Unity (RNE) party, in connection with an explosion on the Grozny-to-Moscow train on 12 June. Vlasov and Klevachev were arrested by the FSB and charged with terrorism and attempted murder. Fifteen people were injured in the explosion and subsequent derailment of the train.
