All of the suspects were sentenced for publicly inciting a change of the country\'s constitution under orders from hostile organizations or representatives of foreign countries to five to 12 years\' imprisonment,\" he said. \"None of these cases have been given back to the Prosecutor General\'s Office for further investigation and none of the suspects have been released due to lack of proof,\" Mukhammadiyev said.
