Kazakhstan will work to safeguard the economic interests of the United States in the country, Foreign Minister Kasymzhomart Tokayev told an international business conference in Almaty on Wednesday. \"We highly appreciate the fact that the U.S. accounts for 50% of the investments Kazakhstan has received. For our part, we are ready to protect the economic interests of the United States in Kazakhstan by passing laws and through other methods.
