The Council of Europe monitoring committee has sent the Azerbaijani side a report on the results of the visit by the Council of Europe rapporteurs on Azerbaijan, Andreas Gross and Martinez Cassan, who visited Baku on 15 July. According to information from Latif Huseynov, head of the legislation and state organizations department of the Milli Maclis parliament, the Azerbaijani side familiarized itself with the document, made recommendations and expressed dissatisfaction with certain points. The report of the monitoring group reflects Azerbaijan's obligations before the Council of Europe.
