Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has said that his country would join Russia\'s initiative to set up an international center that would provide nuclear cycle services in Russia, under the International Atomic Energy Agency\'s control, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said. \"Taking into account the Kazakh nuclear power industry\'s scientific and productive potential, Nursultan Nazarbayev has decided to hook Kazakhstan to the Russian initiative to set up an international center that would provide a nuclear fuel cycle, including uranium enrichment, in Russia under the IAEA\'s control,\" Putin said at a press conference in Uralsk on Tuesday.
