GEORGIA, TAJIKISTAN TO BE PREVENTED FROM VOTING AT UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Ten states, including Georgia and Tajikistan, will not be able to participate in voting in the United Nations\' General Assembly, due to their failure to pay their fees to the UN, the UN News Center said on Thursday. UN Secretary General Kofi Annan sent a letter to the chairman of the General Assembly saying that the Central African Republic, the Comoros, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Niger, Sao Tome and Principe.
